Do I have to do anything day-to-day?
With Full-Service management, no — we handle guest communication, check-ins, cleaning, and maintenance for you. The Essential plan is for owners who want our pricing and automation but prefer to stay hands-on.
How do cleaning and maintenance work?
We coordinate turnovers with trusted local New Brunswick cleaners and handle maintenance and emergencies through vetted contractors. Cleaning costs are billed separately, typically recovered through the guest cleaning fee.
How soon can my property start earning?
Most properties are photographed, listed, and live across all channels within one to two weeks of onboarding.
What about short-term rental rules and taxes?
You remain the owner of record. We help you stay on top of municipal short-term rental requirements and applicable New Brunswick tourism and HST obligations, and we keep clean records to make filing easier. For specific tax advice we recommend your accountant.
